SL Fashion Show

Okay so last night i attended a fashion show with Candice. I can honestly say that I will not be attending that show there again .. mainly cuz my name has been proudly added to the ban list but also cuz they are boring and people have hard time taking the negative. Okay so being at a " open to public Fashion contest " one should be able to " judge" no? Well appearently that isn't always the case as i found out tonight... From the start.... First off all models on that runway with the exception of maybe 3 out of at least 15 are supper tall stretched bodies and supper skinny. There are absolutly NO curves on these bodies. no bust, no waist, no ass .. nothing. Just a straight line of pixels for the most part. The costumes totally looked like they were barely hanging on these ladies making the outfits look unattractive too. For those of you who know me know by now that i say it how it is .. not say it how it should be. i say what i mean and i wont spare anyones feelings if asked for honesty. After making a few comments about the looks of the models and outfits alike in world chat .. i get an IM from a " OFFICER BLACKHEART " telling me that I CAN NOT say anything negative in world chat that i am distracting the judges and the models.. W. T . F ??? Blackheart: hi this is officer Blackheart with CWS security, i was informed that you are commenting on the models in public chat, can i ask you to pleas stop, it's distracting to the models and judges :) and could you please let any others know too, all comments should be kept in IM AngelLina a: ummm officer blackheart .. .. these are models yes fashion show .. comments do come out .. yes models have to be able to take negative judgments Blackheart: yes but it is distracting to the actual judges, they can't give a proper score with too many distractions AngelLina : if one is asked to attend a fashion show that dont mean they are supposed to NOT say what they think be it the outift of models Blackheart: we asked you to attend, it doesn't mean you had to be here WELL i guess i just got told didnt I ? lol well needless to say .. it did piss me off a bit so just before leaving i left this in the world chat for them to read..... AngelLina: ok .. maybe the fashion show shouldn't be open to public if one can't even say what they want about the models or outfits .. be it positive or negative .. hello thats how people learn what is IN style and what is OUT of style .. like the long body and drooping ass on Selena .. hunny you look like a fricking slinky So now the IMs start to pour in...... Laylah : that was the rudest thing you could do...she didn't ask for your opinion so why did you feel the need to just spurt it out....update your profile to say randomly hurts feelings even when one doesn't ask for my opinion. That was classless. AngelLina: suck it up butter cup .. being a model includes being able to take the negative comments too .. and if youi look closely you ll see i m right .. nothing attractive about a avi that has a long body and long ass with a " model" tag over her head Laylah: you are clueless that is only in the rl sweetie this is SECOND LIFE how dare you judge...maybe that is how she wants to look and I suggest that you don't come to events here any longer with such a negative attitude. Save your bitchiness for rl AngelLina : freedom of speach baby .. and since this is only SL .. she shouldn't take it so personally or you for that matter get over it .. that was judging your right .. could it be that it was a BEST IN .... contest where people JUDGE AND ...... Anthony: that is really rude, do u know selena just been in car accident and still recovering from it AngelLina : ok i wasn't talking about her in person i was talking about her avi .. and your so called sl officier insulted me too so just add me to the ban list Anthony: she could not even type at all yet ok not to be rude or anything but if she was in accident so bad that she can't even type yet WHAT THE FUCK is she doing in SL playing a super model???? Final conclusion is ......... if you wanna be a model fine .. but be prepared to get the negative side along with the positive .. if you dont get the negative you will get the robot like responses and gestures of " applause " and you wont know where to improve. if you can't take the negative you shouldnt be prowling the runways with a tag that says SEXY BEACH BODY tag over your head when your sexy body truly looks like a overstretched slinky ( see photo ) The best part .......one of the Models that actually did look somewhat decent in there IMed me later on with this ..... Cristole: i just want to say thank you for what you said in chat at the show... and that someone said what i and a few others seen and felt about some of the models here is the blog that shows the winners, unfortunally i wasnt one of them PROUDLY ADDED TO THE BAN LIST ;-D
